Recipes and Helpful Tips for Beginner to Accomplished Cook

First remember that recipes are guidelines to cooking--don't be afraid to make alterations to suit your tastes! Baking is another story--those are formulas and need to be followed closely for good results.
Probably the most important aspect to successful cooking is the "prep" work. Before you actually start the cooking process have your ingredients ready to go! Chop those veggies --bring out the dredging bowls---You get the idea I'm sure!
My recipes for the most part are not overly time consuming--not overly difficult and I will include tips and sugesstions for variations and attempt to enlighten the beginning cook as to terminology used in cooking.
