Citrus-Sauced Green Beans

- 1-1/2 lbs green beans, rinsed, ends snapped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

- Lemon-Dill Sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup regular strength vegetable broth
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp corn starch
- 2 TBSP fresh dill, minced
Instructions
- Sauce: Combine ingredients in a 1- to 2-quart pan over medium heat. Cood, stirring often, until sauce is bubbling, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 TBSP minced fresh dill; cover and keep warm.
- In a 4- to 5-quart pan, bring about 2 quarts water to a boil over high heat. Add beans, reduce heat, and simmer until beans are bright green and just tender to bite, about 6 minutes. Drain; place in a serving dish. Pour sauce over beans, top with almonds.
