    Missouri Sugar Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter
    • 1 cup oil
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup powder sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 4 cups flour
    • 1 tsp soda
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp cream of tartar


    Instructions


    1. Cream together butter, oil, sugar, and powder sugar.


    2. add eggs, and vanilla mix well
    3. add flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar, mix together
    4. chill 1 hour or more
    5. roll in balls, size walnut
    6. roll in sugar, put on cookie sheet
    7. flatten with glass.
    8. put in oven for 10- 15 minutes.
