    List of Ingredients


    • 12 large Mushrooms
    • Minced Onion
    • 1 tbs. Garlic Powder
    • 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
    • 3 tbs. Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tbs. Chopped Parsley
    • 1/4 tsp. Oregano
    • Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
    • 2 tbs. Butter


    Instructions


    1. Wash mushrooms. Tear stems off and let dry. Save stems.
    2. Melt 2 tbs. butter in skillet. Add onion, garlic and mushroom stems. Saute until tender, but not browned. Remove from heat.
    3. Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions.
    4. Add stuffing, Parmesan cheese, parsley and oregano to sauted mushroom stems. Mix well.
    5. Stuff mushrooms and place in baking dish. Place 1/4 inch water in dish. Sprinkle mushrooms with shredded mozzerella cheese.
    6. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, uncovered.
