List of Ingredients
- 12 large Mushrooms
- Minced Onion
- 1 tbs. Garlic Powder
- 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
- 3 tbs. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs. Chopped Parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
- 2 tbs. Butter
Instructions
- Wash mushrooms. Tear stems off and let dry. Save stems.
- Melt 2 tbs. butter in skillet. Add onion, garlic and mushroom stems. Saute until tender, but not browned. Remove from heat.
- Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions.
- Add stuffing, Parmesan cheese, parsley and oregano to sauted mushroom stems. Mix well.
- Stuff mushrooms and place in baking dish. Place 1/4 inch water in dish. Sprinkle mushrooms with shredded mozzerella cheese.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, uncovered.
