Black Bean Tortilla Melts

List of Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 6 Corn Tortillas
- 1/4 c. Minced Cilantro
- 1 Lime, cut into 6 wedges
- 1/4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cans Chopped Green Chiles, undrained
- Fresh Salsa
Instructions
- Mash beans and add Chili Powder, stirring well.
- Spread about 3 tbs. of bean mixture on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and squeeze 1 lime wedge over each one.
- Top each tortilla with 2 tbs. green chiles and 2 tbs. cheese.
- Bake tortillas at 450 degrees for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with fresh salsa.
