    Black Bean Tortilla Melts

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
    • 6 Corn Tortillas
    • 1/4 c. Minced Cilantro
    • 1 Lime, cut into 6 wedges
    • 1/4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 2 cans Chopped Green Chiles, undrained
    • Fresh Salsa


    Instructions


    1. Mash beans and add Chili Powder, stirring well.
    2. Spread about 3 tbs. of bean mixture on each tortilla.
    3. Sprinkle with cilantro and squeeze 1 lime wedge over each one.
    4. Top each tortilla with 2 tbs. green chiles and 2 tbs. cheese.
    5. Bake tortillas at 450 degrees for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
    6. Serve with fresh salsa.
