    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp. Whole Mustard Seed
    • 1/2 c. Onion, chopped (or 1 med. Onion, chopped)
    • 1 tbs. Vegetable Oil
    • 2 cans Garbanzo Beans, drained
    • 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
    • 2 tbs. Tomato Paste
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
    • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves


    Instructions


    1. Saute the mustard seed and onion in the vegetable oil until the onion is tender.
    2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through.
    3. Serve.
