Spicy Garbanzos

- 1 tsp. Whole Mustard Seed
- 1/2 c. Onion, chopped (or 1 med. Onion, chopped)
- 1 tbs. Vegetable Oil
- 2 cans Garbanzo Beans, drained
- 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
- 2 tbs. Tomato Paste
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves
Instructions
- Saute the mustard seed and onion in the vegetable oil until the onion is tender.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through.
- Serve.
