Crumble the tofu into a frying pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil. Cook for five minutes, do not overcook. Add 1/2 tomato sauce to the tofu along with spices of your choice. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Set all the ingredients and the tofu on the table where everyone can help themselves.
You can use soft or hard tortillas to put your ingredients in it.
