BBQ Pork Sandwiches

Recipe Introduction
This is my own recipe for my favorite BBQ pork sandwiches.
List of Ingredients
1 3-5 lb Pork Butt, Shoulder Roast or Country Style Ribs
1 onion, rough chopped
1/2 Cup of water
1 Tbsp olive oil
1-3 Tbsp's Famous Dave's Rib Rub
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
Hamburger Buns- fresh bakery buns are bestRecipe
1. Pour water and olive oil in crockpot. Set to low, if you have 8-12 hours or high if you only have 6-8 hours.
2. Add half of the onions. Layer ribs or set in roast. Sprinkle liberally with seasoning. Put in the rest of the onions.
3. Cover with lid and no peeking!
4. When the pork is done, take it out and shred with a fork. It should fall apart if sufficiently cooked.
5. Put desired amount on bun and top with BBQ sauce.
Leftovers refrigerate well for a week, as long as you save the meat in the juice.
