Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Brownies:
1 cup [2 sticks] butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Peanut Butter Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk

Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x13" baking pan. Prepare Peanut Butter Filling. Stir melted butter, sugar, and vanilla together. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well with spoon after each addition. Add cocoa; beat until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat well. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips. Remove 1 cup of batter. Pour remaining batter into prepared pan. Spread peanut butter filling over top. Drop reserved batter by teaspoonsful over filling. Using a knife, gently swirl through top layers for marbled effect. Bake 35-40 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 36 brownies.
Peanut Butter Filling:
Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
