    This recipe produces a thinner cookie that is crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle.

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 ¼ cup brown sugar
    2 ½ cups flour
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
    ½ cup butter
    ½ cup butter flavored shortening
    ½ cup marshmallow crème
    2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first five ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips and mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet by the tablespoon. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Makes about 3 dozen.
