    Chocolate Eclair Dessert

    List of Ingredients

    Graham crackers
    2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding mix [regular size]
    3 cups milk
    1 large size container [12 oz.] Cool Whip
    1 can chocolate icing


    Butter a 9"x13" baking dish and cover the bottom of the pan with whole graham crackers. Prepare pudding with the milk according to package directions. Fold the Cool Whip into the pudding. Spread half of this mixture over the graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers and then top with a third layer of graham crackers. Frost with chocolate icing. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
