    Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

    List of Ingredients

    19 ice cream sandwiches
    1 12 oz. tup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
    1 12 oz. jar hot fudge ice cream topping
    1 cup salted peanuts or chopped candy bar, etc. [optional]

    Recipe

    Cut 1 ice cream sandwich in half. Place 1 whole and 1 half sandwich along a shortside of an ungreased 9"x13" pan. Arrange 8 sandwiches in opposite direction in the pan. Spread with half of the whipped topping. Spoon fudge topping over top. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanuts if desired. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Makes 12-15 servings.
