1. Bring 2 cups water and sugar to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat.
2. Cook until sugar dissolves, 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Fill large bowl with ice.
4. Stir in sugar-syrup, lemonade and 6 cups water. Transfer to pitcher and serve.
