Rinse pork chop, drain and pat dry. Pour Mama Sita's Breading Mix onto a large platter. Roll pork chop pieces and coat evenly with breading mix. Heat oil in a medium-sized wok. Add pork chop pieces taking care not to over crowd the wok. Fry for 10-15 minutes or until done. Drain and serve with Kim's Sweet Chili Sauce or Mama Sita's Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix.
