1 kg. pork (tenderloin)
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
4 tbsps. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 leaves oregano
2 tbsps. peppercorns, pounded
8 pcs. laurel leaves, pounded
10 pcs. dried banana flower
3 tbsps. salted black beans
1/2 cup fried peanuts
salt to taste
Recipe
1. Slice pork into desired sizes.
2. Mix all the ingredients.
3. Cook in low fire until tender.
4. Remove from the stove then serve.
