Fillipino fried rice
List of Ingredients
cup Rice, steamed
1/2 lbs Bacon, fried crisp
1 small Green bell pepper, diced
1 Medium onion, diced
1 Small cabbage, shredded
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
3 Carrots, slivered
Leftover pork or beef roast
-diced in bite size chunks
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 cup Frozen green peas, thawed
Recipe
In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
Remove, leaving 1 to 2 t. of bacon grease.
Stir fry all vegetables until crisp or desired texture.
Add meat and crumbled bacon.
Mix well.
Add steamed rice.
Thoroughly mix; add soy sauce and peas and mix
