2 tablespoons oil
4 pieces garlic, minced
100 grams pork, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
water or broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
pepper
2 bundles kangkong, cut into 2 inch lengths
Recipe
Heat oil in a wok then sauté garlic. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Add flour. Pour in enough broth or water to cook the pork. Add soy sauce, vinegar and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add kangkong and cook until tender. Adjust soy sauce if needed
