Recipe
Saute garlic in a little oil, add bagnet and bagoong. Pour enough hugas-bigas then add the tomatoes, sitaw and amargoso. Cook until half done, then add the eggplants and okra. (Following the Ilocano method, the vegetables are tossed instead of stirred.) Cook vegetables to desired doneness, correct seasoning. Aside from bagnet, you may also use broiled fish. Serve hot topped with bagnet bits.
