    Recipe Introduction


    Notes: Shortcut: Use instant mashed potatoes. Prepare potatoes as directed on package, ommitting the milk. This way when you add the cream cheese, the potatoes stay fluffy.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound Ground Beef
    2 cups Hot Mashed Potatoes
    1/2 8 oz package Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 cloves garlic, Minced
    4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 cup beef gravy

    Recipe



    1. pre-heat oven to 375F.
    2. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain
    3. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese and the garlic until well blended
    4. Stir vegetables and gravy into meat
    5. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish
    6. Cover with potatoe mixture
    7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese
    8. Bake for 20 min or until heated through
