Recipe Introduction
Super simple and delicious.
List of Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs (large)
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons salad dressing (i.e.miracle whip)
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons honey mustard
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- paprika
Instructions
- To make hard boiled eggs: Place eggs in a large pan and cover with enough cold water to cover the eggs completely. Bring to a hard boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low - medium and boil for 10 minutes. Be sure to cool eggs quickly and completely so the yolks stay a nice bright yellow.
- Shell eggs. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place in a medium mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Beat with a whisk until smooth. You can adjust the salt and pepper at this time if you need to.
- Put the yolk mixture into a pastry bag. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and lightly sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill eggs for at least an hour before serving.
