    1 package frozen spinach thawed (10 oz)
    1 1/2 c sour cream
    1 c Hellman's Mayo
    1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 can (8 oz)water chestnuts, finely chopped
    3 green onions chopped

    Recipe



    Squeeze spinach until dry. In a medium bowl stir together the above ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

    Yield 3 cups

    Serve in a hollowed out loaf of bread
