    1/2 c mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
    1 dozen hard boiled eggs, shelled, halved lengthwise, yolks removed
    salt to taste
    cayenne for garnish

    Recipe



    In small bowl combine mayo and mustard. Press egg yolks through a sieve into mixture, blend until smooth. Add salt. Place egg whites on serving platter. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into whites. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
