    1/3 c cream
    12 oz chocolate chips
    3/4 c chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp rum extract
    1 c grated chocolate

    Recipe



    Heat cream until warm. Take off heat and add chips. Stir until melted. Add nuts and extract. Refrigerate for 6 hours and then roll into balls roll into grated choclate and refrigerate.
