    easy quiche lorraine

    List of Ingredients




    1 9" Pie shell unbaked
    1 1/2 c (6 oz) grated swiss cheese (can also use cheddar/monterey jack)
    8 slices bacon crumbled
    3 eggs
    1 c cream
    1/2 c milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    dash cayenne
    1/2 tsp dry mustard

    Recipe



    Bake pie shell at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and bacon in pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until firm and browned.
