    1/2 lb thick-cut bacon
    2 Tbsp dark brown sugar

    Heat oven to 375. Line two baking sheets with foil. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds. Toss bacon with sugar; place on baking sheet. Bake until crisp and browned about 6-8 minutes, turning once.
