    List of Ingredients

1 tablespoon soy sauce (low-sodium, if available)
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon dry sherry-OPTIONAL
    1/3 teaspoon honey
7 ounces top sirloin steak, thinly sliced across the grain
    1/3 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/3 teaspoon sesame oil (in the Asian section of your grocery store)

Add green onions, mushrooms and sesame oil and stir-fry another 2 minutes or until green onions are softened. Add spinach and stir-fry 45 seconds (spinach will be bright green and just beginning to wilt). Season with pepper to taste.
