Chinese Beef Stirfry

List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon soy sauce (low-sodium, if available)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon dry sherry-OPTIONAL
1/3 teaspoon honey
7 ounces top sirloin steak, thinly sliced across the grain
1/3 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/3 teaspoon sesame oil (in the Asian section of your grocery store)
2/3 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1-2 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces washed spinach Recipe
Combine first 4 ingredients in a zipper-topped plastic bag and mush around to mix. Place sliced beef in bag and mush around again.
In a wok or heavy skillet, heat oils and stir-fry ginger and garlic 45 seconds. Add meat and marinade and stir-fry 2 minutes or until beef begins to brown. Add green onions, mushrooms and sesame oil and stir-fry another 2 minutes or until green onions are softened. Add spinach and stir-fry 45 seconds (spinach will be bright green and just beginning to wilt). Season with pepper to taste.
