    List of Ingredients




    1-1 1/2 lbs pork sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    2-3 celery sticks, chopped
    1 can chicken consomme or boullion
    1 c raw rice
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Crumble pork sausage meat into a pan and brown it. Pour off a little of the fat. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Put a lid on it and let it simmer at the lowest possible heat for about an hour.
