    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4-ounce can Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    ½ cup water
    1/3 cup uncooked rice
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    3 cups shredded cabbage

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato soup, water, uncooked rice, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Add cabbage. Mix well to combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

    Serves 4 – Each serving equals:
    147 Calories, 3 gm Fat, 10 gm Protein, 20 gm Carbohydrate, 265 mg Sodium, 39 mg Calcium, 2 gm Fiber
