    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    3 cups cooked noodles, rinsed and drained
    1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
    ½ cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
    ½ cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    dash paprika

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in noodles and cottage cheese. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley flakes, and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve ¼ cup of mayonnaise mixture. Stir remaining mixture into noodle mixture. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly spread remaining mayonnaise mixture over noodle mixture. Lightly sprinkle paprika over top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.

    Serves 6 – Each serving equals:
    207 Calories, 3 gm Fat, 16 gm Protein, 29 gm Carbohydrate, 221 mg Sodium, 50 mg Calcium, 1 gm Fiber
