    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1 (14.5-ounce) can Hunt's Tomatoes Diced in Sauce
    1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin or Splenda Granular
    1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 (15-ounce) can Bush's great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1½ cups cooked elbow macaroni
    2 tablespoons Oscar Mayer or Hormel Real Bacon Bits

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in diced tomatoes, Brown Sugar Twin, mustard, and Worcestershire. Add great northern beans, macaroni, and bacon bits. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

    Serves 4 – Each serving equals:
    231 Calories, 6 gm Fat, 17 gm Protein, 34 gm Carbohydrate, 554 mg Sodium, 50 mg Calcium, 6 gm Fiber
