List of Ingredients
8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 (15-ounce) can Bush's kidney beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup Kraft Fat Free Catalina Dressing
2 teaspoons JO's Chili Seasoning or any chili seasoning
4 cups finely shredded lettuce
¾ cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese-meat
1 cup crushed Frito Lay Corn ChipsRecipe
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in kidney beans, Catalina dressing, and JO's Chili Seasoning. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, Cheddar cheese and corn chips. Add hot meat mixture mix gently to combine. Serve at once.
