List of Ingredients
8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
1½ teaspoons JO's Taco Seasoning or any taco seasoning
2 cups cooked rotini pasta, rinsed and drained
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped fresh tomato
¾ cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
½ cup Kraft Fat Free Catalina Dressing
¼ cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour creamRecipe
In a large saucepan sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Stir in JO's Taco Seasoning. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine rotini pasta, onion, tomato, and Cheddar cheese. Add cooled meat. Mix well to combine. Stir in Catalina dressing and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
HINT: Usually 1½ cups uncooked rotini pasta cooks to about 2 cups.
