    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 cups reduced-sodium tomato juice
    1 cup water
    1 cup chopped cabbage
    ¾ cup sliced carrots
    ¾ cup sliced celery
    2/3 cup uncooked Minute Rice
    1 ½ teaspoons JO's Italian Seasoning or any Italian seasoning
    ¼ cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, and water. Add cabbage, carrots, celery, uncooked instant rice, and JO's Italian Seasoning. Mix well to combine. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender. When serving, top each bowl with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.

    Serves 4 (2 cups) – Each serving equals:
    198 Calories, 2 gm Fat, 12 gm Protein, 33 gm Carbohydrate, 381 mg Sodium, 59 mg Calcium, 4 gm Fiber
