    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ¼ cup chopped onion
    ¾ cup chopped celery
    1 (14-ounce) can Swanson Lower Sodium Fat Free Beef Broth
    1 cup water
    1 (14.5-ounce) can Hunt's Tomatoes Diced in Sauce
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon JO's Italian Seasoning or any Italian seasoning
    1 cup frozen cut green beans
    2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/3 cups broken uncooked spaghetti
    ¼ cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion, and celery. Add beef broth, water, tomatoes, parsley flakes, black pepper, and JO's Italian Seasoning. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in green beans, mushrooms, and uncooked spaghetti. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until green beans and spaghetti are tender. When serving, top each bowl with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.

    Serves 4 (1½ cups) – Each serving equals:
    198 Calories, 2 gm Fat, 15 gm Protein, 30 gm Carbohydrate, 474 mg Sodium, 46 mg Calcium, 5 gm Fiber
    Diabetic Exchanges: 2 Vegetable, 2 Meat, 1 Starch
    Carb Choices: 1½
