    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 (15-ounce) can Bush's great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (14-ounce) can Swanson Lower Sodium Fat Free Beef Broth
    1 (14.5-ounce) can Hunt's tomatoes Diced in Sauce
    ¼ teaspoon dried minced garlic
    1 ½ teaspoons JO's Chili Seasoning or any chili seasoning
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion, and celery. Add great northern beans, beef froth, diced tomatoes, garlic, JO's Chili Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serves 4 (1 ¼ cups) – Each serving equals:
    211 Calories, 3 gm Fat, 20 gm Protein, 26 gm Carbohydrate, 366 mg Sodium, 76 gm Calcium, 7 gm Fiber
    Diabetic Exchanges: 2 Meat, 1 ½ Vegetable, 1 Starch
    Carb Choices: 1
