Asian Grilled Shrimp

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. scallions (green onions)
- 1 lb. jumbo tiger prawns
- 8 bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Peel and de-vein shrimp. Set aside.
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and scallions; mix well. Add shrimp and toss to mix well; cover and chill for 4-6 hours.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 4 minutes on each side, basting often.
- Serve with hot, cooked rice.
