List of Ingredients



• 4 eggs
  
• 3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  
• 1 c. sugar
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  
• Graham cracker crust:
  
• 1 1/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
  
• 1/4 c. sugar
  
• 6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  






Instructions



1. Make graham cracker crust by mixing crust ingredients well. Press into 9" spring form pan.
   
   
2. In large bowl, cream eggs and sugar; add cream cheese beating well. Mix in vanilla and blend well. Pour filling over crust in spring form pan.
   
   
3. Bake at 375 degrees about 35 minutes or until it tests done. Cool.
   
   
4. May be served plain or with fruit pie filling such as cherry, blueberry, raspberry. Top pie filling with whipped cream, if desired.
