Chili-Frito Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- Large can chili with beans
- Dash chili powder
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1-2 pkgs. Fritos Corn Chips
Instructions
- In skillet, brown meat, celery and onion. Add chili and chili powder. Simmer until heated through.
- In large casserole dish, layer meat/chili mixture, then cheese, then Fritos. Repeat, ending with Fritos. Bake at 350^ until heated through and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
