• 1/2 c. white wine
  
• 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
  
• 1 c. onion, chopped
  
• 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  
• 1 tsp. black pepper
  
• 1 tsp. kosher salt
  
• 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
  






Instructions



1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
   
   
2. Use as a BBQ marinade or baste meats with marinade when grilling.
