Oven-Baked Chicken Dijon

List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- COATING:
- Fresh breadcrumbs
- Finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Parsley flakes
Instructions
- Mix mustard, melted butter or margarine, garlic, Worcestershire sauce together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave for a minute or two to blend flavors.
- While heating mustard mixture, mix coating ingredients together in another bowl.
- Dip chicken breasts in mustard mixture and then in coating. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 400° oven for 25 minutes.
- Perfect every time!
Final Comments
I was tired after a long day when I cooked this, so I used dry bread crumbs, the Parmesan (I know it's not REAL) cheese in the green bottle, and dried parsley flakes. It turned out splendid!
