    Peach Cobbler

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine
    • 1 c. flour
    • 3/4 c. sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 3/4 c. milk
    • 1 lg (about 28 oz.) can sliced peaches


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350^. Place margarine in 9" square baking pan, and place in oven to melt while preheating.

    2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and milk. Pour into melted margarine in pan. Drain some of the liquid from the peaches; pour peaches onto flour mixture. Stir slightly. Bake for about 40 minutes. Serve warm topped with cream or ice cream.
