• 1 1/2 c. sugar
  
• 5 Tbsp. cocoa
  
• 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  
• 1/2 c. light cream
  
• 1 Tbsp. butter
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  






Instructions



1. In medium saucepan, cook sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and cream over medium heat to a softball stage. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add butter and vanilla; beat until thick enough to stay on cake.
