    Sausage and Bean Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2-2 lb. Kielbasa sausage
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
    • 15 oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes
    • 15 oz. can Cajun or Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    • Oregano, Basis, Minced Garlic and Bay Leaves to taste
    • 15 oz. can whole kernal corn
    • 15 oz. can kidney beans


    Instructions


    1. Slice sausages into bite-sized slices. Saute sausage and onion until onion is translucent. Pour in all tomatoes and season to taste. Simmer for at least 15 minutes (longer, if possible, to blend flavors). Add undrained corn and beans and heat through. Serve with crispy, hot bread.
