List of Ingredients



• 8 qts. tomatoes
  
• 4 bell peppers
  
• 4 large onions
  
• 1/4 tsp. allspice
  
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  
• 1/2 tsp. cloves
  
• 4 c. brown sugar
  
• 1 qt. white vinegar
  
• 2 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. pepper
  






Instructions



1. Peel tomatoes and cut into eighths. Chop bell peppers and onions. Combine all ngredients in large pan and simmer over low heat for 3 hours or until desired thickness, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
