Tamale Pot Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 oz. can sliced olives, drained
- 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- TOPPING:
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Mix topping ingredients.
- Pour mixture into 9 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Top with cornmeal mixture. Bake at 400^ for about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown. Serves 6
- High altitude: Bake 30 minutes.
