Beer Bread
List of Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 12 oz. can beer
Instructions
- Allow beer to come to room temperature.
- Mix all ingredients to form a very sticky dough. Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes. Remove pan from oven and brush top with melted butter or margarine. Return to oven and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
