    Garlic Bubble Loaf

    Recipe Introduction


    Very easy and addictive! Yummmmm!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen white bread dough, thawed OR
    • 1 lg. container of refrigerated biscuits


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic powder and garlic salt. Cut dough into 1" pieces; dip into butter mixture.
    2. Layer dipped pieces in a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan.
    3. Cover and let rise* until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 loaf.


    Final Comments


    *I have only done this using biscuits. You do not need to let them raise, so it makes the process a lot quicker.
