List of Ingredients



• 2 c. flour
  
• 2 c. sugar
  
• 2 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  
• 1/2 c. oil
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  
• 5 c. tart apples, peeled and finely chopped
  
• 2 c. finely chopped walnuts
  
• Dry bread crumbs
  
• Powdered sugar (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Prepare bundt pan by greasing well and coating with bread crumbs.
   
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in apples and walnuts.
   
3. Turn into prepared bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto rack to cool. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
