Chocolate Spice Cake

• 1/2 c. shortening
  
• 1 c. sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 c. milk
  
• 2 c. flour
  
• 1/4 tsp. allspice
  
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
  
• 1/4 tsp. cloves
  
• 1/8 tsp. ginger
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  






Instructions



1. Mix shortening and eggs; cream well. Add milk and dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 375^ for 25-30 minutes.
   
   
2. Frost with Real Fudge Frosting (see Frosting category)
