    1 pkg carrot cake mix
    4 eggs, divided
    1 stick (½ c) butter, softened
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 lb box 10X confectioners' sugar
    1 c finely grated carrots
    1 c pecans, chopped
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350°

    Mix cake mix, 2 eggs and butter. Pour into greased 13X9X2-inch baking pan.

    Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, 2 eggs, carrots, nuts and vanilla with mixer and spread over batter in pan.

    Bake for 45-50 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar
